With an existing client base and busy pipeline of quality work, we have an exceptional opportunity for a Special Counsel in property to join our firm.

- Expertise and experience
- Highly competitive salary & sign‑on bonus.
- Minimum 7 years’ PAE in property law.
- Sales and purchases of residential and commercial real estate, experience with off the plan developments an advantage (not essential).
- Leasing documentation for landlord and/or tenant.
- Sale and purchase of business transactions and contract advice.
- Knowledge of all property related legislation
- Maintains a well‑established network of clients, referrers, and industry contacts.
- Demonstrates strong financial acumen and business development capability, achieving personal and team billing and revenue goals through effective client relationship management.
