Ridley is seeking a hands-on Shift Supervisor at our Lara site to lead production activities and supervise staff, reporting to the Shift Manager. You will work with the Production Manager and Site Manager to ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery of products.
You will drive compliance with SOPs, JSAs, and incident reporting, while maintaining records and supporting site initiatives on environmental compliance and continuous improvement.
