Ridley AgriProducts in Lara, Victoria, is seeking a hands-on Shift Supervisor to oversee daily production activities and supervise production staff. Reporting to the Shift Manager and working with the Production Manager and Site Manager, you will drive safety, quality and efficiency on the Lara site.
You will implement SOPs, manage JSAs and safety permits, supervise shifts, keep production records and support environmental initiatives.
