The Mechanical Services Estimator will be responsible for:
- Valuemanagementassociatedwithmechanicalservices
- Benchmarkinganalysisassociatedwithmechanicalservices
- Postcontractservices,includingassessmentofprogressclaimsandassessmentof contractvariations.

- A positive and proactive approach
- Relevantqualifications
- Acombinationofstrongestimating,technicalskillsandpracticalknowledgeofstandardsandcodesfor HVAC &mechanicalservices
- Establishedlocal relationshipswithdesigners,contractorsandsuppliers.
- Indepthunderstandingofalltypesofdesignprinciplesandsolutionsinbuildingsincludingpractical siteknowledge
- Abilitytocompleteestimatesbasedonincompletedesigndocumentation
- Theabilitytoworkautonomouslyaswellaspartofaprojectteam
- Excellentcommunicationskillsandanabilitytoestablishandmaintainstrongworkingrelationships
- EligibilitytoworkinAustralia unrestricted
