Experienced Concreter – Casual with Full-Time Opportunity
Ridcon Group is seeking an experienced, competent and reliable concreter to join our growing team.
With a strong pipeline of residential and commercial projects, we are looking for someone who takes pride in their workmanship, has a strong work ethic and can confidently carry out all aspects of concreting.
The position will initially be offered on a casual basis, with the opportunity to transition into permanent full-time employment for the right person.

Key Responsibilities

Formwork, steel fixing, concrete placement and finishing

Construction of house slabs, driveways, footings and other concrete structures

Reading and interpreting construction plans

Preparing and setting up concrete pours

Operating a trowel machine without supervision

Working independently and as part of a team
What We're Looking For

Proven experience in the concreting industry

Competent in all aspects of concreting

Ability to work independently without constant supervision

Reliable and hardworking

Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship

Current driver's licence and White Card
-
Ability to read plans highly regarded
We are looking for a skilled concreter, not an entry-level labourer. Applicants must have demonstrated hands‑on concreting experience.
