Key Responsibilities
- As a Production Technician working in the field, you will ensure Production Print service meets customer’s expectation.
- Perform Production Print service calls that achieve the service objectives of customer satisfaction and nationally set service KPI’s.
- Discuss all problems and machine faults with customers in a professional and courteous manner, advising the customer on all aspects of the service call.
- Improving and maintaining customer relationships to ensure customer retention and satisfaction through ownership of problems and resolving them.
- Work with all Production Print staff to deploy national service strategies on time and within budget.
To be successful in this role:
You Will Have
- Minimum 2 years Previous Experience in a similar role.
- Qualification required – tertiary qualification highly desired.
- Previous Experience in a similar role.
- Amazing customer service.
- Ability to work in high pressure environment.
- Strong technical ability and knowledge.
- A desire to learn.
