The Opportunity
Project Engineers:
- Coordinate and manage various project elements, ensuring efficient progress and adherence to timelines.
- Monitor project performance against plans, identifying and addressing potential challenges.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of design and construction processes.
- Liaise with stakeholders, contractors, and authorities to ensure compliance with regulations and project specifications.
Services Engineers:
- Collaborate with project managers to incorporate services-related requirements and maintain project schedules.
- Coordinate with and manage relationships, contracts, and performance of vendors and subcontractors.
- Implement quality control measures, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry standards.
- Communicate with clients, address inquiries, and identify opportunities for process improvement in services delivery.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the construction industry, particularly in large infrastructure projects.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.
- Commitment to adhering to safety regulations and quality standards.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
