The Role
- To manage the overall cost, programme and quality responsibility of assigned projects, mitigating all risks to deliver excellent project outcomes for our clients.
- Responsible for delivering achievement of project objectives, all whilst driving continuous leadership and operational excellence across RCC.
- A passion and commitment to deliver outstanding results and to continually improve against expectations actively seeking feedback from peers and teams.
- Ability to articulate and personally demonstrate RCC company culture and values in all dealings with internal and external stakeholders.
Believe in, communicate and support the company vision and strategic objectives.
- Senior decision-making responsibility on any project related issues deferring to the General Manager, Operations Sydney the CEO.
- This role sits on the Sydney Leadership team and contributes to the overall success of the division.
- What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor of Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent tertiary qualification.
- Diploma in Construction or trade-based qualification considered.
- Certificate IV in Frontline Management (desirable).
- Demonstrated experience in project management within the construction industry.
