You will read, analyse and prepare tender documentation, perform quantity take-offs, and evaluate supplier quotations to drive cost-effective bids.
Based in Brisbane, you will collaborate with clients, architects and subcontractors, coordinate post-tender negotiations, and help prepare budgets from sketches.
Proven estimating experience and Cost X proficiency are preferred.
