WHO IS RIC SAFETY AUDITS?
RIC Safety Audits is a locally owned business in Geelong that completes Safety Audits for rental properties around Geelong. Due to increased demand and trust built, we have a need for part-time employees in the Bendigo, Shepparton and surrounding areas. With trusted partnerships with many rental agencies across the region, our service and level of quality have allowed us to grow with several positions available for the right candidates. We are a tight team and believe in working together to get the best results; candidates must be team players.
We have continued to onboard agencies in the Bendigo surrounding areas and now agencies in Shepparton. We now have a need for local trades to complete this work rather than sending trades to Shepparton to compete. Travel to some or all of these areas may be required. We test and commission rental properties and keep them safe. The work is rewarding knowing that you are keeping homes safe for those who live in them, as well as conducting Rental Safety Checks and reports as needed.
If you are a self-motivated Gas fitter/plumber with a can-do attitude, pride in your work, and a high level of attention to detail, then we would love to hear from you.
Main duties and requirements:
- Domestic gas appliance servicing
- Negative pressure environment testing of homes
- Drivers Licence
- VBA Type A Appliance Servicing Registration
- Domestic plumbing/gas fitting experience
- Good knowledge of gas plumbing regulations
- Ability to work well in a team
