We are seeking a full-time Store person to join our team at Bare-Co in Ingleburn NSW. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient and accurate processing of orders, inventory management, and general warehouse operations.
What you'll be doing:
- Picking, packing light and heavy tractor spare parts and accessories, dispatching customer orders with a high level of accuracy
- Receiving, storing, and maintaining inventory in an organized manner
- Use of forklift
- Conducting regular stock takes and reporting any discrepancies to your supervisor
- Ensuring the warehouse is well-maintained and adhering to health and safety standards
This is a Monday to Friday role, with a fortnightly alternate shift. Working hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and then 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on the alternate fortnight. The schedule includes: 10-minute morning/afternoon tea break, and half hour lunch break.
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in a similar component parts warehousing role
- Forklift License essential - Bonus points if you have Aisle Master experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
- Good physical fitness
- Ability to integrate with our small, friendly warehouse team
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to safety
