RGC Metal Rolling is looking for a reliable and motivated Junior Labourer / Trainee to join our production team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is keen to learn, hands-on and looking to build a career in manufacturing .
No previous experience is required.
You will start by assisting with general production and labouring tasks while learning about our manufacturing processes and machinery, with the opportunity to develop into a machine operator over time .
About the role
- Assist operators and the production team with general tasks
- Help with moving, preparing and handling materials
- Perform general labouring and housekeeping duties
- Learn our manufacturing processes and machinery
- Work safely and follow company procedures
- Support the team to meet daily production requirements
- Develop your skills with a view to progressing into a machine operator role
