A large, well-respected Geelong firm is looking for their next Manager to join the team. This is a rare chance to step into a leadership role with real succession behind it.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll manage a client portfolio of approximately $750k – $1.1m
You’ll be the go-to contact for clients across a wide range of industries
You’ll lead, train and develop a team of direct reports
You’ll support and mentor junior staff day to day
You’ll drive business development and help grow the firm
