In this role, you'll be a key member of our close-knit branch in Roxby Downs and be responsible for providing great customer service and sales support to our customers in the electrical industry. Job Description:
- Provide solutions and in-store experience that inspires our customers.
- Admin tasks such as managing sales orders, quotes and customer projects.
- Building relationships with suppliers to ensure margins are maintained.
- Respond to customer queries and make follow-up calls.
Qualifications:
- You bring positive energy to the team and are highly motivated to become an expert in your field.
- Passionate about building strong working relationships with new and existing customers.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Electrical wholesaling, trades or building/construction industry experience highly regarded - otherwise we will provide the product training!
