Assistant Manager

Job Description

• Ensuring customers receive the best possible service.
• Building strong relationships with customers, colleagues, internal and key stakeholders.
• Provide leadership and training to create an inclusive and harmonious work culture.
• Ensure compliance with all procedures and further enhance a strong WH&S culture.
• Work closely alongside the team and Branch Manager to develop and implement continuous improvement strategies.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer facing role, with a passion for sales and operational excellence.
• Enthusiastic, ambitious and have a strong desire to learn and build a career with us.
• Previous experience in leading or mentoring a team desirable.
• Electrical wholesaling, trades or building/construction industry experience highly regarded.
