Enrolled Nurse in Gosford

We are seeking compassionate and motivated Enrolled Nurses to join our team at Glengara Care Apartments in Tumbi Umbi on the Central Coast. Working within our integrated care model, you'll support residents to maintain their independence, wellbeing and quality of life while delivering high-quality nursing and personal care services. You'll build meaningful relationships with residents, families and healthcare professionals whilst contributing to a safe, supportive and welcoming community. This is a casual opportunity working AM and PM shifts across a 7-day roster. Good availability will be highly regarded.

The position involves:

• Delivering person-centred nursing care that supports resident wellbeing and independence
• Undertaking resident assessments, case management and care planning
• Supporting medication management and monitoring resident clinical needs
• Assisting with personal care and activities of daily living as required
• Observing, documenting and reporting changes in residents' health and circumstances
• Liaising with families, medical practitioners and allied health professionals
• Providing support, guidance and clinical oversight to care team members
• Maintaining accurate documentation and clinical records
• Responding to resident calls and providing timely support when required

We’re on the lookout for someone with:

• Current Enrolled Nurse registration with AHPRA
• Diploma of Nursing (or equivalent qualification)
• Experience in aged care, retirement living or community care (highly regarded)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• National Police Check
• Full Drivers Licence
• First Aid & CPR Certificate (or ability to obtain)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical – this includes a drug and alcohol test
