About the Role
As the Stock & Operations Manager, you'll lead the engine room of a high-volume store, driving operational excellence in a fast-paced, ever-evolving retail environment. Partnering closely with the Store Manager and leadership team, you'll oversee all back-of-house operations, inventory management, stock flow and delivery processes to ensure the store runs seamlessly.
You'll have an Assistant Ops Manager and dedicated team to support you, allowing you to focus on developing your people, streamlining processes and maintaining exceptional operational standards. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity where your impact behind the scenes will be key to keeping the store running at its best and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
