Due to the continuous success and growth of our team, we have an exciting opportunity for a passionate leader to step into the role of Assistant Store Manager for our NIKE store at Macarthur Square!

The Role: Working collaboratively with the Store Manager, you’ll lead a high performing team focused on delivering the Ultimate Retail Experience. You will exhibit and align yourself with Retailors’ values; LEADERSHIP, CARE, ACCOUNTABILITY, TRANSPARENCY and INNOVATION. Your day to day will involve leading by example, developing your team through hands-on coaching, driving operational excellence, and fostering a strong, positive culture within your store.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Proven leadership experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, confidently coaching a team to achieve strong results.
• Commitment in delivering the Ultimate Retail Experience.
• A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs, with a results driven mindset.
• True LEADERSHIP, not defined by a title, but by the impact you have on people and outcomes.
• Genuine CARE, for your team, your customers, and the overall success of the business.
• Ownership and ACCOUNTABILITY across all store operations, ensuring smooth and successful day to day performance.
