About the role:
Restoration Response Australia is currently offering an Administration/Claims Assistant to join our team. This role involves providing administrative support to our Restoration Technicians and Supervisors.
To succeed in this role, you must be flexible, adaptable, and versatile, with a strong focus on prioritising customer needs in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Email and call management
- Scheduling and calendar management
- Create job entries and gather required claim information.
- Triage make safe requests
- Ensuring compliance with client KPIs
- Allocating trades and vendors for works as needed
- Quote minor works as your skills increase
- Collate Technician reports and submit to our clients in a timely manner
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Ability to thrive under pressure.
- Excellent phone communication skills.
- Enthusiasm for learning and career growth.Flexible and adaptable in handling tasks.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Quickly adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
- Prior experience in the insurance sector is preferred.
This position is based from our office located centrally in Slacks Creek with onsite parking provided, and a company uniform will be supplied.
We are a team that encourages and supports the needs of the multiple businesses and at times, your role may extend through to other areas of the businesses as needed to provide assistance where required.
Salary will be commensurate of experience.
