What you will need:
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills, be well organised, efficient and able to work with minimal supervision to manage set tasks.
- Be comfortable working in a busy, complex environment.
- Have excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders to identify priority learning needs and implement programs.
- Have some knowledge of organisational learning and development and adult learning principles, and a desire to further develop skills and knowledge in the aged care sector.
- Be able to undertake assessment and analysis of evaluation data to identify opportunities for improvement in program offerings and / or implementation processes.
