  • Developing and supporting APIs, web services and data integrations across enterprise systems.
  • Contributing to Agile delivery through sprint planning, estimation, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
  • Troubleshooting issues, resolving defects and driving continuous platform improvements.
  • Supporting testing, deployment and release activities across development, test and production environments.
  • Maintaining technical documentation and ensuring solutions align with governance, security and ServiceNow best practices.
  • Identifying opportunities to automate, simplify and optimise business processes.

What's in it for you?

This is more than a development role. It's an opportunity to influence how technology enables the business, work with a modern platform ecosystem, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. You'll join a collaborative team where your ideas are valued, your expertise is trusted, and you'll have the opportunity to make a genuine impact through technology.

What you'll bring:

  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, workflows, integrations and automation capabilities.
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
  • A passion for solving complex problems and continuously improving user and business outcomes.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) - Desirable
  • Certifications in one or more ServiceNow modules (e.g., CIS ITSM, CIS TPRM, CIS BCM) – Desirable
