Respect Group is seeking a Home Care Assistant to provide personalised, in-home support across Devonport and surrounding communities.
The role covers morning shifts with flexibility to cover neighbouring towns, helping clients maintain independence and wellbeing.
You will perform personal care, domestic tasks, and transport services, working independently in clients’ homes while following individual care plans and reporting changes to the Home Care Manager.
