Respect Aged Care is seeking an experienced Learning and Development Officer with a clinical background to design, develop and deliver education resources for our teams. Reporting to the Chief Quality and Risk Officer, you will develop and implement best-practice policies and processes, monitor education platform completion rates, and deliver training face-to-face and via Teams.
Interstate travel is required.
