Small agency. Big questions. Your name on the whole project, not just a slice of it. This boutique, full-service insights agency has built a reputation that’s far bigger than its headcount. Creative, energetic and refreshingly hands-on, it’s led by a senior team who still roll up their sleeves on the work, and who’ve built something genuinely meaningful in the process.

The business: Their client list is refreshingly varied, spanning financial services, public institutions, not-for-profits and consumer brands, with a real soft spot for work that does some good. The work covers brand positioning, communications, strategy and innovation. Think brand health and tracking, segmentation, U&A, campaign development and concept testing.

A taste of what’s on the go right now:

  • A long-running financial wellbeing program for a major financial services client, including deep dives into the experiences of specific communities.
  • A national tracking study across both business and consumer audiences.
  • Visitor research for a much-loved public institution.
  • Work with not-for-profit and community organisations where the findings feed directly into real decisions.

The role: This is a genuinely end-to-end quant role. In a team this size, nothing gets handed off and nothing gets siloed, so you’ll touch every stage.

  • Set it up: Project set-up, questionnaire design and link testing.
  • Run the field: Manage fieldwork and keep every moving part on track.
  • Get into the data: Hands-on analysis in Q and Excel. No passing it to a data team.
  • Find the story: Storyboard the findings and turn numbers into insight clients can use.
  • Own it: Partner with the senior team on bigger projects and run smaller ones solo.

What you’ll bring:

  • 4+ years in quantitative research, ideally agency side.
  • Excellent Q skills and strong Excel. This one’s non-negotiable.
  • Confidence across questionnaire design, fieldwork management and analysis.
  • A sharp eye for detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
  • A storyteller’s instinct for what the data actually means.

Why this one?

  • Real ownership: Your work is visible, valued and very much yours.
  • Work that matters: Projects you’ll actually want to talk about outside the office.
  • Shared success: No formal bonus scheme, but when the business does well, the team shares in it. They did last year.
  • Proper flexibility: Two office days a week, three from home, and flexible start and finish times.
  • Generous leave: A leave package that goes beyond the standard four weeks.
