They combine qualitative and quantitative research with predictive analytics, business intelligence, and thought leadership; uncovering what lies beneath the surface. Their consultative approach balances strategic thinking with hands-on research and analysis.
They don’t just answer client questions—they help lead the conversation in financial services. From exploring the quarter-life crisis and the evolving financial mindset of young Australians to improving female financial literacy and redefining modern retirement, their work challenges industry norms.
What’s in it for you?
- As a Research Consultant, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end qualitative and quantitative research projects.
- We're looking for someone naturally analytical and curious, with a knack for transforming data into compelling insights—and the confidence to communicate those insights to clients at all levels.
- No two days are the same, you’ll dive into a wide mix of projects with local and global clients.
- Work across thought leadership, brand tracking, CX, customer segmentation, campaign testing, and more.
- Be part of a tight-knit, fun-loving team with the backing of global resources.
- Huge emphasis on learning, growth, and mentorship—travel, training, & development are all on the table.
- Merit-based progression (no waiting years for your shot).
- International opportunities and the chance to work across global offices.
- A genuinely supportive, no-ego environment where your voice matters.
- A client-facing role—you’ll be out there building relationships, presenting insights, and even speaking at conferences if that’s your vibe!
What you’ll bring:
- 2-4 years in a market research agency.
- A mix of quantitative or qualitative (or both!) skills.
- Experience with both ad hoc and tracking studies.
- You’re curious, switched-on, and love solving problems.
- Great with people—you build strong client relationships with ease.
- Financial services experience is great, but not a must—just bring an interest in the space and a genuine curiosity about the world around you.
