As a Senior Research Consultant, you'll bring structure and clarity to every engagement - framing problems, building evidence, and translating insight into clear, confident, and measurable advice.
Every project is fully customised, often working as an extension of clients' in-house insights teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Project types are highly varied - ad hoc, tracking, brand positioning, customer segmentation, CVP, customer experience, U&As, journey mapping, innovation, and more. You'll work across a portfolio of Australia's biggest brands in FMCG & Services.
- Lead day-to-day client engagement
- Design customised quantitative research frameworks
- Translate survey data into compelling narratives
- Integrate primary and secondary data sources
- Visualise data in sophisticated and creative ways to strengthen your story
- Lead presentations and facilitate stakeholder discussions
- Demonstrate an owner's mindset, taking pride in both individual and team success
