The Partnership
This is a partnership between a Partner and a Consultant. You'll manage client relationships end-to-end, bringing structure, sound judgement, and warmth to conversations that matter.
What You'll Do
- Facilitate consultative discovery conversations

- Evaluate client readiness and guide individuals toward the right development pathways
- Manage your client relationships, follow-up rhythm, and professional schedule with complete location independence
