Support the creation and update of labelling content such as user guides, labels and other product documentation, working from approved source information and established templates.

Assist with quality checks and controlled-document activities, including proofreading, checking consistency, verifying references and helping maintain accurate records and traceability.

Learn and use labelling systems and tools to create, update, organise and manage content under guidance, building familiarity with structured content and controlled workflows.

Support project and change activities by gathering information, tracking actions, helping coordinate inputs and escalating questions or inconsistencies to more experienced team members.

Contribute to continuous improvement and team effectiveness by documenting learnings, supporting simple process improvements and bringing curiosity to digital, automation and AI-enabled ways of working within established guardrails.

Use AI and digital tools extensively to improve how work gets done, exploring opportunities to simplify, automate and strengthen current processes and helping develop new workflows that support the future of labelling, within appropriate quality, regulatory and governance guardrails.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

  • Currently studying toward a degree in science, engineering, health, or another relevant discipline, with an interest in how technical information is turned into clear, usable content.
  • Strong attention to detail and a quality mindset. You notice inconsistencies, ask questions when something doesn't look right, and take care to produce accurate, well-organised work.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to take complex information, understand the key message and explain it simply.
  • Curiosity and a willingness to learn. You're comfortable working with new systems, processes and technical concepts, seeking feedback and gradually taking on greater responsibility as your capability grows.
  • A collaborative and dependable approach. You work well with others, follow through on commitments, communicate when you need help, and are keen to contribute to a team working in a regulated, fast-moving environment.

Preferred:

  • Interest in digital tools, AI and automation, with enthusiasm for experimenting with new ways to improve how technical or operational work is done.
  • A systems mindset and strong critical thinking, with an interest in understanding how different inputs, processes and decisions connect, identifying patterns or gaps, and thinking beyond the immediate task to how the overall process could work better.
  • Some exposure to regulated, technical or documentation-focused environments - through university projects, internships, part-time work or other experience - where accuracy, process and traceability matter.
