As a Sleep Coach
You will be the face of Resmed in our retail clinic.
Your mission is to create an outstanding customer experience while driving sales and supporting people on their sleep health journey.
Responsibilities include
- Deliver exceptional service – greet customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
- Achieve sales targets – recommend products and services that improve sleep quality.
- Maintain store standards – keep displays fresh, manage stock, and ensure the clinic looks appealing.
- Product expertise – complete training and stay up-to-date on Res Med's solutions.
- Customer follow-up – build relationships, check progress, and ensure satisfaction.
- Operational tasks – handle POS transactions, cash management, and general admin duties.
- Equipment care – maintain and check trial devices for customer use.
What We're Looking For
- Retail or customer service experience (2+ years preferred).
- Sales-driven mindset – you love hitting goals.
- Strong communication skills – confident, compassionate, and adaptable.
- Attention to detail – from visual merchandising to reporting.
- Tech savvy – POS experience; Salesforce and Shopify knowledge is a bonus.
- Healthcare or pharmacy background is a plus, but not required.
