You will lead the firm's development, off the plan and leasing work, running matters end to end for tier-one developers and investors with minimal partner involvement.
The firm offers tier-one capability within a boutique structure, a flat team environment and a busy, growing pipeline of high-value project work.

- Advise on site acquisitions, options, put and call agreements, joint ventures and development management agreements.
- Manage commercial and retail leasing matters for landlords and tenants across Australian jurisdictions.
- Handle commercial, industrial and residential acquisitions and disposals, Torrens title issues, easements, covenants, caveats and priority disputes.
- Coordinate project finance and security documentation for developers and lenders.
- Prepare master contracts, disclosure statements and draft plans, and contribute to growing the practice.
- Candidate Profile
- Admitted in an Australian jurisdiction with an unrestricted practising certificate and at least five years of post-admission property law experience.

- Nationwide property experience across New South Wales and at least one other state, ideally from a distinguished mid or top tier property team.
- Confident taking free rein of client relationships, meticulous in attention to detail, and comfortable working in a boutique environment with less structure than a large firm.
