What You'll Do:
- Partner with clients across APAC to understand their hiring needs and source top talent in-market
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple countries, from sourcing to placement
- Navigate different hiring norms, talent pools, and market conditions across the region
- Use creative strategies to attract talent across varied industries and geographies
- Build and nurture relationships with candidates and clients across different cultures and markets
- Collaborate with a supportive team while working remotely
