About us
We develop, build, own and operate renewable energy projects across Australia, with a portfolio spanning utility-scale solar, wind and battery energy storage (BESS). Australia's energy transition is moving at remarkable pace, and our Melbourne office works at the centre of it. This program develops the people we expect to help lead that transition.

The program
This is a two-year, full-time rotational position for graduates and early-career professionals who want to understand the whole clean energy business before choosing a specialty. You will complete three eight-month rotations across our core functions, shaped around your strengths and interests:

  • Development: siting, approvals, grid connection and the commercial groundwork that takes a project from map to shovel-ready
  • Engineering & Construction: technical design, contractor coordination and delivering projects in the field
  • Finance & Asset Management: investment analysis, project finance and the commercial performance of our operating fleet

You will finish the program with a permanent placement on the team where you have found the strongest fit, along with a network and a company-wide understanding that most professionals take years to build.

What you will do
Join each team as a full contributor, with real deliverables and ownership from your first week. Support live projects through analysis, modelling, applications, technical reviews and site visits across Australia. Present your work to senior leadership at the end of each rotation. Learn directly from experienced developers, engineers and financiers, with a dedicated mentor throughout. Build the cross-functional fluency that accelerates careers in this industry.

What we are looking for
A bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, economics, finance, business or a related field. A demonstrated interest in clean energy and the transition to a decarbonised grid. Strong analytical skills and comfort with data, spreadsheets and learning new tools. Clear communication and the confidence to work across every part of a business. Adaptability: three rotations mean three new teams, new problems and steep learning curves. The right to work in Australia. No prior energy experience is required. Internships, vacation work, research or campus involvement that show initiative are highly regarded. We hire for aptitude and attitude.

What we offer
AUD $75,000 - $90,000 base salary plus superannuation, depending on experience. Hybrid working from our Melbourne office. A structured two-year program with a dedicated mentor and visibility to senior leadership. Guaranteed permanent placement on successful completion. Generous leave, wellbeing support and professional development funding. Relocation support for candidates moving to Melbourne. A front-row seat to one of the fastest energy transitions in the world.

We are an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive team. We welcome applications from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and people of all backgrounds. Adjustments are available on request throughout the recruitment process.
