Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a high-performing, committed, and experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee the fast-paced, dynamic daily activities of our operations team in Jandakot. This role includes being on-call every second week (24/7). You will be responsible for daily run allocation, performance monitoring, safety and compliance, and providing strong leadership, support, and guidance to staff while maintaining excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily job allocation, ensuring drivers, routes, and vehicles are scheduled accurately and efficiently.
• Manage and monitor subcontractors, ensuring strong performance, compliance, and service quality.
• Oversee day-to-day collection and recycling operations, maintaining strict safety, service standards, and environmental compliance.
• Conduct end-of-day debriefs, monitor timelines and breaks, and ensure all routes are completed as scheduled.
• Stay across all daily operations, proactively resolving issues and supporting drivers to keep services running smoothly.
• Support driver inductions, training, and development.
• Manage operational reporting, assist with incident follow-ups, and coordinate vehicle maintenance with the workshop.

• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Waste industry experience highly regarded.
