About The Role
REMA TIP TOP has entered a significant and exciting growth phase and are looking to add experienced Belt Splicers with Australian working rights to join our supportive and team in Kwinana, WA.
Experience
- Fabric splicing on mobile and fixed plant.
- Surface preparation of different lining/coating systems – soft rubber lining systems, hard rubber lining systems, composite systems, polyurea and polyurethane systems.
- Surface preparation of different lining / coating surfaces – steel & concrete surfaces.
- Application of relevant primer & adhesive systems.
- Application of different lining / coating systems in accordance to manufacturer and/or client standard.
- Reading of technical drawings.
- Reading and adherence to job card & QC guidelines.
- Lay out & cutting of different lining systems.
- Operating relevant hand / power tools within safety specifications.
Essential

- Ability to pass a full pre-employment medical and Lab DAS.
