Relationships Australia Queensland (RAQ) in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Property and Asset Manager to lead the Property Services Team and oversee RAQ’s property portfolio. You will ensure our venues and facilities are safe, welcoming and fit for purpose, while delivering value through effective asset and fleet management.
You’ll build strong relationships with venue staff, manage leasing and service contracts, lead capital works, and provide market insights and financial analysis.
