At the Real Estate Institute of Queensland (REIQ), we're proud of the supportive, collaborative culture we've built. We're a close-knit team where everyone's contribution is valued, wins are celebrated, and we make time to connect along the way. We also understand the importance of work-life balance and creating an environment where people can do their best work.
For more than 100 years, the REIQ has been Queensland's peak professional association for the real estate profession. Today, we represent approximately 4,000 individual members, 1,400 agency offices and more than 15,000 property professionals across the state.
We're looking for an organised, detail-focused Digital Marketer to join our team at our Brisbane head office!
About the role
As our Digital Marketer for Events and Training, you'll plan and deliver the marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, registrations and enrolments across REIQ's events and training calendar.
You'll manage campaigns from the first brief through to post-campaign reporting – building emails, landing pages and automated reminders, coordinating paid digital activity, and keeping a close eye on results to find opportunities to improve.
Reporting to our Marketing Lead and working closely with our Training and Events teams and the broader marketing team, you'll make sure every campaign is well planned, accurate, on brand and delivered on time.
Your day may include:
- Planning, coordinating and delivering marketing campaigns for our annual events and training calendar
- Working with the Training and Events teams to agree campaign objectives, audiences, key dates and registration targets
- Building and launching campaign activity across email, website and landing pages, paid media and other agreed channels
- Building email campaigns and automated reminders in our marketing automation system
- Completing pre-launch checks of links, forms, tracking, audiences, approvals and compliance
- Maintaining campaign schedules, workflows and documentation, and proactively managing changes to requirements and deadlines
- Coordinating paid social and search activity with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Tracking and analysing campaign results, and preparing clear performance reports and recommendations
Our ideal new addition will have:
- Experience delivering multi-channel campaigns, ideally for events, training, education or membership organisations
- Experience in real estate or property marketing is highly regarded
- Experience building emails, landing pages and forms within a marketing automation system
- Working knowledge of paid social and search advertising, including briefing agencies with the right lead times is highly regarded
- Understanding of campaign tracking and reporting, including tracking registrations by source
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage many campaigns at once against fixed event dates
- Strong attention to detail and quality checking
- Confidence working with internal clients, managing expectations and holding to agreed lead times
- Experience marketing events or training programs (highly regarded)
