About the role
You'll run your own clinic space inside the village with a dedicated remote team behind you. You're at one village each day, so there's no travel during the workday. On Tuesdays at Rochford Place, you'll lead two group exercise classes, then see residents for 1:1 consultations. On Thursdays at Kingfisher Grove, you'll lead one group exercise class, then conduct 1:1 consultations. In 1:1 sessions, you'll assess residents, build goal-based treatment plans, and work on strength, balance and mobility to reduce fall risk, guiding residents and families through exercises and mobility aids. In classes, you'll adapt movements so everyone can take part safely. You'll also take payments on a HICAPS terminal and keep notes and bookings up to date in splose. Our remote admin team handles government invoicing and paperwork, and you'll collaborate with village staff on site.
