An exciting opportunity has become available for qualified Christian educators to join our team at the start of 2027. Positions are available for full-time and part-time Early Childhood and Primary teaching roles, at our Wilson Primary campus.

As a growing College, we are seeking to further develop highly collaborative and interdependent teams across both primary schools. These teams are instrumental in driving teaching and learning initiatives and ensuring that the College continues to consistently deliver high-quality and innovative Christian Education. For our students to reach their potential, we need team members who dare to imagine and dream, have good communication skills, are flexible, and eager to develop themselves and their students.

While not essential, applicants who have leadership experience or skill and interest are encouraged to apply. If you are an engaging, vibrant teacher with a passion for providing excellent Christian education, we want to hear from you!

As a teacher, it is essential that you love to develop and implement innovative learning programmes and have a strong understanding of the curriculum, assessment, standards, and reporting requirements defined by the School Curriculum and Standards Authority of Western Australia. You will also need to be committed to providing a Biblically integrated curriculum, with an enthusiasm for training children in a thoroughly Christian worldview in every learning area.

The ability to articulate a strong understanding of implementing EYLF principles and practices in the classroom as well as inquiry-based/play-based learning is required for Early Childhood Teachers (K-2).

What You Need to Succeed: Apart from the necessary qualifications, we look for people who are a great cultural fit. Rehoboth is a community of Christians – parents and staff alike – and we prioritise supporting each other in our spiritual walks and encouraging students to explore their faith and discover their God-given gifts.

You will also need to be an exceptional communicator and have an outstanding ability to work collaboratively with staff and students. This is where your pastoral heart and passion for teaching will shine.

Applicants must demonstrate (by way of a testimonial letter from your pastor/elder): active involvement in a local Protestant Christian church, and a consistent and exemplary Christian lifestyle.

Essential Requirements: you must hold or obtain a TRBWA registration; you must hold or be willing to obtain a Working with Children Check; and you must be willing to obtain a Department of Education Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check. For Early Childhood teachers, you must hold a Bachelor of Early Childhood or similar.

Applications received during the previous recruitment process remain under consideration; previous applicants are not required to reapply. The closing date is Friday 18th September 2026.
