Feedlot Operations Supervisor is responsible for organising the daily operations of the Feedlot Team (4 F/T). You will be working closely with the Livestock Supply Chain Manager Greg Schuller.
Key responsibilities:
- Feed and Ration Management
- Bunk Calls, Commodities Delivery
- Feedlot/Maintenance
- Time Management and On Job Reviews
- Weekly Roster, Manpower Planning
Qualifications and Experience:
- Prior experience in feedlot operations and quality ration delivery
- Strong understanding of nutrition, ration mixing and bunk management
- Leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work long hours, including weekends in the team roster
- Proficiency with record-keeping and feedlot management software is an asset

Our business is an integral part of a Wagyu Branded Beef Supply Chain located in the Riverina region of NSW, 45 kilometres north of Albury/Wodonga which provides lifestyle options, employment, education and health services to the region. First established in the early 1990's by the Manno Family we have worked closely with our supply chain partners to provide best quality commodities (local grain and commodity farmers) and nutrition services for our Wagyu Custom Feeding and Cattle Management clients in their branded beef export development.
