About the Role
As General Manager of Regis Musgrave, you will lead the overall performance of the home, ensuring residents and their families receive high-quality, person-centred care and service.
You will:
- Lead, coach and develop a skilled, collaborative and engaged team
- Partner with the Clinical Care Manager to deliver strong care and clinical outcomes
- Drive quality, safety, regulatory compliance and continuous improvement
- Build trusted relationships with residents, families, employees and the local community
- Manage occupancy, workforce planning, budgets and the home’s commercial performance
- Foster a culture of care, accountability and outstanding customer service

What You’ll Bring
- Senior leadership experience within aged care, healthcare or a comparable services environment
- Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering sustainable performance
- Strong commercial acumen, including budget, workforce and operational management
- Knowledge of aged care funding and the regulatory environment
- Proven capability in quality, safety, compliance and change leadership
- Relevant tertiary qualifications, with postgraduate qualifications highly regarded
You will also hold, or be willing to obtain, a satisfactory police check and provide evidence of your right to work in Australia.
