Regents Garden is an award-winning aged care provider, currently seeking experienced, positive and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our supportive team at our facility in Bateman. What are we looking for?
- A caring, compassionate and positive-minded individual with a genuine passion for caring for our residents.
- Bachelor or equivalent qualification in Nursing, with current AHPRA registration.
- Availability and willingness to work night shifts (mandatory requirement).
- Current National Police Clearance.
- Previous aged care experience is highly regarded but not essential.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, support and work collaboratively within a team.
- Strong communication, clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
- Availability to work night shifts being an essential requirement for this position.
