About the opportunity
As part of the Branch Staff team at Bankstown, you’ll help plumbers and other tradespeople access the products they need for building and renovation projects and undertake other tasks that keep the branch running smoothly.
No trade industry experience? No problem.
We believe skills can be taught. Whether you’ve worked in retail, hospitality, customer service or another people-focused role, your skills could be a great fit. We’ll teach you the rest through paid, on-the-job training and ongoing development.
- Providing customer service and information about products.
- Offering quotes both in person and over the phone.
- Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities.
- Maintaining a safe, organised, and welcoming branch environment.
- Make deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.
- Continue upskilling with tailored on the job training initiatives.

- Accurately pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and has attention to detail.

- Holds a clean, valid driver’s licence. Valid Forklift licence is ideal but not essential.
