Showroom Sales Consultant – part of Reece Bathroom Life's new Rosebery store. You will support builders, interior designers, and homeowners as they navigate renovation to create their dream bathroom.
Responsibilities
- Assisting customers in choosing the perfect bathroom products
- Creating and managing customer quotes and orders via email and phone
- Using the 3D Planner to bring a customer's dream to life
- Visiting customers on site to provide updates and maintain great relationships
- Keeping the showroom running smoothly and safely
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service with a focus on building relationships and helping customers
- Enthusiastic, energetic, willing to learn and grow (bathroom experience not required)
- Comfortable with computers and happy to learn new systems
- Availability to work various shifts, including weekends
- A desire to develop a career locally, within the network, or at head office (promotion opportunities available)
