About the opportunity
As part of the Branch Staff team at HVAC-R in St Leonards, you'll help tradespeople and contractors access the products they need for their projects, as well as other tasks that keep customers happy and the branch running smoothly.
- Providing customer service and information about products
- Providing quotes both in person and over the phone
- Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities
- Maintaining a safe, organised, and welcoming branch environment
- Make deliveries to customers using a company vehicle
- Continue upskilling with tailored on the job training initiatives
