We're currently recruiting full time, permanent branch staff across our inner-eastern Melbourne branch network, including Box Hill (3128), Burwood (3125), Camberwell (3124), and Richmond (3121). Whether you're passionate about customer service, enjoy being on the road, or like a mix of both, we'd love to hear from you!
As a branch staff, you'll help plumbers and other tradespeople access the products they need for residential, commercial and renovation projects. You’ll work a set roster across Monday-Friday (and occasional Saturdays), between 7am – 5pm. Depending on business needs and your skills, you may work as a:
- Trade Counter Assistant/Retail Assistant
- Delivery Driver
- Combination of both
No plumbing experience? No problem.

A typical day may involve:
- Providing customer service and information about products
- Providing quotes both in person and over the phone
- Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities
- Helping keep the branch tidy and safe
- Making occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle
