About You
'experienceinmanualcreditassessment,youbring deeptechnicalknowledgeacrossbothresidentialandcommerciallending,ideally includingexposuretoSMSFstructures.
Youhaveacomprehensiveunderstandingoftheendâtoâendmortgageprocessandare comfortableassessingcomplexlendingscenarioswhilebalancingcommercial (suchas DLA,DCAorCAD)reflectsyoursoundjudgement,attentiontodetail,andstrongrisk awarenesswithinthefinancialservicesenvironment.
Yourdecisionâmakingisunderpinnedbyasolidunderstandingofregulatoryand complianceframeworks,includingtheNationalCreditCodeProtectionAct,PrivacyAct andAML/,youholdaBachelorâlevelqualificationinFinance, Economics,orarelateddiscipline,withadditionalindustrycertificationssuchasa CertificateIVinFinanceandMortgageBrokingorCreditManagementconsidered advantageous.
