Clinical Manager (Registered Nurse) required within a medium sized aged care home in regional VIC.
As the Care Manager you will oversee all of the Clinical running of this medium facility, reporting to the Facility Manager. Due to the support and size of the home we can accept applications from experienced RNs or Clinical Care Coordinators.

The Requirements:
- Registered Nurse DIV 1 - AHPRA Registered
- Demonstrated clinical leadership skills as an experienced RN, CCC or CM
- The proven ability to manage time efficiently
- Willingness to accept responsibility & accountability
- Demonstrated knowledge of accreditation standards
- Thorough understanding of continuous improvement.
- Superior communication skills both written and verbal.
- Highly organised and an ability to use and set up systems
- Experience in managing/mentoring care staff and success in managing change.
