About the role
- Lead and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team as a Registered Nurse in Charge
- Deliver and coordinate high-quality clinical care aligned with best practices
- Provide clinical and managerial leadership, mentorship, and supervision to enhance care quality
- Ensure compliance with the Multi-Purpose Site Standards and policies
- Utilize advanced skills in acute and aged care settings to meet residents' diverse needs
