Are you an experienced Facility Manager looking for your next opportunity, or an exceptional Care Manager ready to take the next step in your aged care career?
Our client is seeking a capable, motivated and hands-on Facility Manager to lead a well-performing small aged care home in North East Melbourne.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an established Facility Manager or a high-performing Care Manager who has already undertaken Acting Facility Manager responsibilities and is ready to take the next step into a permanent Facility Manager position.
The home is performing well following a recent transition, with an established clinical structure and support from an experienced regional leadership team.
The Opportunity
- Lead the day-to-day clinical, operational and financial management of a small aged care home.
- Drive quality, compliance and continuous improvement in line with the Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Lead, develop and motivate a multidisciplinary team.
- Work alongside a full-time Clinical Nurse Manager, with 24/7 RN coverage reporting through the clinical structure.
- Access additional quality support from a dedicated roving Quality Advisor.
- Report directly to an experienced Regional Manager.
- Monday-Friday business hours, with on-call responsibilities.

Who We're Looking For We are keen to speak with:
- Experienced Facility Managers seeking a new opportunity.
- High-performing Care Managers ready to progress into Facility Management.
- Care Managers who have previously stepped into Acting Facility Manager positions and can demonstrate experience managing broader site operations and leadership responsibilities.
To be considered for this opportunity, you will need:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse - essential.
- Significant aged care leadership experience.
- Previous Facility Manager experience or demonstrated capability through Acting Facility Manager appointments.
- Strong understanding of aged care quality standards, clinical governance and regulatory compliance.
- Experience managing workforce, budgets and operational performance.
- The ability to lead, motivate and develop multidisciplinary teams.
- A calm, professional and solutions-focused leadership style.
- A National Police Clearance or NDIS Screening Check, or willingness to obtain one.
