More than a handshake and a "we'll look after you" that never comes. Every level has its rate and perks in writing (RDOs, fuel cards, take-home vehicle, etc). Start at L1, L2 or L3, depending on your experience. You'll know your level and rate before you sign. Every six months we sit down with you and go through what the next level needs.
Build a Career

What you'll do:
- Run jobs end-to-end (plan, execute, hand over).
- Work from drawings to spec.
- Complete ITPs and front authority inspections.
- Manage on-site variations.
- Mentor apprentices.
- Operate plant where you're ticketed.

The work
- Commercial, civil, residential and government projects across the Lockyer Valley and South East Queensland.
- Run your own jobs end-to-end if you're ready; supported builds alongside senior plumbers if you're newer.
- Triple-ISO certified (9001/14001/45001), ~20-strong crew, strong systems, and plenty of offsite support so you're not playing politics with clients.
